Description

Here is beautifully kept copy of a record that is nearly a century old by Jelly Roll Morton, billed here as "Ferd" as in Ferdinand, his given name. It is in V+ on both sides with a few very light, inaudible scratches. The gloss is excellent, though not quite "full gloss" by the standards of post-War shellacs that I am more accustomed to grading. Both labels are excellent. It does play with a uniform, persistent hiss that I assume is common to most or all record this old. 
Note that I am familiar with the proper way to ship shellacs and have never had one damaged in transit.
