'The Lion's Roar', released in 2012 is the 2nd album by 'First Aid Kit'. The Soderberg sisters have developed a fuller sound, adding more keyboards and bass to great effect. But the pared back minimalism in the production allows their voices to take centre stage. The title track and 'Emmylou' are the most up beat songs, which received much radio play. Among the other 8 tracks  there are stories of sadness and regret and frustrations of every day life, made all the more poignant by the Soderberg sisters' soulful harmonies. 
Especially on ' This Old Routine' "This old routine will drive you mad, it's just a mumble never spoken out loud, and sometimes you don't even know why you loved her, well you look at her now and you see why..."
