I Am Not A Record Grader/Guru At All.  
Record Has Been Tested & Plays Great!
Case Has Some Shelf Wear With A Small Tear Where Record Slips In And The Record "Ring".  Sleeve Has Some Bending Wear On One Corner And Small Slit Where Record Touches The Bottom.
Sleeve Is Signed By Larnelle Harris & The Other Members Of The Band.
