Description

This is part of a big auction of mainly Herald & Empber 45's I'm running this week. There are several bonus listings as well that I pulled for previous auctions, but didn't have time to list.  A few really cool gems.  Take a look at these and keep an eye out for an Atlantic auction starting 8/21 and mixed small label auction (Ace, Baton, Fire, Apollo & more) in early September.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1953


Notes: Hard to find original pressing of this great record.  Great Chicago blues rockers on both sides.  This is the first of just a few singles released by Jones.  Strangly, it has a different B-side than the 78 rpm version released right around the same time.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl in the play area is fantastic, barely a mark on it.  Looks great and plays great with no pops/clicks/skips. Basically no background noise at all - sounds great!  It does have some light scuffing in the runoff.  Doesn't affect play at all.  Labels are clean with just a bit of light scuffing and a small tear on one side.  Really nice condition overall.
