Description
This is where it all began for one of America's great Rock&Roll bands. Released in 1968 this record has that good time Spoonfullesque influence. Being from San Francisco, they just did not fit in with the 60's psychedelic that was the rage at the time. It is obvious they were searching for a sound of their own. Privately released and rare this is the original band featuring Roy Loney, Cyril Jordan, George Alexander, Tim Lynch, and Danny Mihm. This EP got them noticed by Epic records where they made the kickass Supersnazz, a record that remains on my top ten. This is on their own Snazz label#R2371. Vinyl is shiny M- with very light sureface marks that does not affect play. In other words no snap, crackle, or pops. Cover is still tightly wrapped in original shrink. There is a small light stain on back cover and inner sleeve. I have no idea how many of these were made but I'm sure the run was limited. They were to go through many changes in the next two decades........but that's another story. Songs are I'm Drowning, Babes in the Sky, Lovetime, My Yada, Golden Clouds, the Slide, and Prelude in A flat.
