Up for bids is the limited edition colored vinyl box set Heady Nuggs by the Flaming Lips. The colored vinyl was a limited edition of 1000 and was only available from the Flaming Lips website. The copy I am selling includes the repressed clouds taste metallic that I finally got about a week ago. There was a problem with the first pressing of "Clouds" in the colored box set and those of us that complained were sent the repressing. The winner will also get the original pressing (it sounds like garbage but will be included for the novelty of having it in the set). I have wrote the word "repress" on the sleeve of the new "Clouds" so you can tell the good from the bad pressing.

Transmissions from the Satellite Heart (white vinyl)
Clouds Taste Metallic (orange vinyl) Both original and repressed copies (only one cover as they only sent the vinyl for the repressing)
The Soft Bulletin (2 LP purple and seafoam green vinyl)
Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots (pink vinyl)
The records have only been played one time (why buy a record if you are never going to play it!) on my Linn Axis turntable and they look and sound great! The records have been stored in a clear outer sleeve since purchase. I will pack with care in the original record mailer that Warner Brothers shipped it to me in. Each record will arrive in a clear outer sleeve with the LP outside of the jacket. I am in the process of selling off the bulk of my record collection that I have been assembling since I bought Kiss Alive in 1975 when I was 9 years old.
