Comes in a gatefold cover.
Includes rare 4 page booklet.
Original UK patented inner sleeve.
The catalogue number is RSLP9004 with A1/B1 matrix.
The disc is VG+, really nice clean shiny looking disc, just a few light totally superficial surface marks (nothing remotely feelable).
The cover is VG+, it is in decent condition, it has a 1.99 price sticker top right. The cover has light agewear to spine and seams, it is in decent condition.
Booklet is EX.
