Condition, based on Record Collector Magazine's grading guide:
Record: Excellent.  Not as pristine as my Out of our Heads listing, but it plays without incidental noise.  Side two has two barely visible scuffs and side one has two also barely visible scratches, and is otherwise pristine.
Cover: Very good +.  Slight record imprint on the back, very slight wear on bottom left corner, some creasing on front, minimal crease on back, spine is far from perfect, but not torn or worn. 
Sleeve: Good++. Record imprint on one side, and small opening on one side.  Slight age discoloration.  See picture.
