The jacket features excerpts from various Fluxus writings. Printed inner sleeve features George Maciunas' "Expanded Arts Diagram".
The jacket is in great condition, no edge or corner damage, nice and fresh. The are no spindle marke on either side of the disk, I think it has never been played.
