Description
On offer here is a copy of Fly Away by Agincourt, originally released in 1970 on the Merlin Records label this is a Record Collector exact re release in original Mono on the Merlin Records label catalogue number HF 3.
This album was part of the Record Collector Rare Vinyl series, it is a numbered limited edition of 750 copies, this copy is number 199. It comes with a repro of the original lyric insert and has a laminated signed Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Ian Shirley the Editor of the Record Collector magazine.
I bought this album new at the time of release by Mail Order but have only played it once before storing it in a polythene sleeve ever since, it is therefore as close to Mint as can be, but it should be noted there is a small split at the top of the sleeve, however this is how I got it, made by movement in transit.
The original is valued at £1,000 (if you can find one) so this isa great opportunity to obtain a reissue of a truly rare record, which itself is accumulating in value.
The record will be sent outside of their cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a professional heavy duty record mailing envelope made by Covers 33, these are the type used by Record Mail Order companies.
