LABEL: Argo 4031 (1964 Mono)
TITLE: Folk Festival of the Blues
CONDITION:
Sleeve: The front cover is a strong VG++ w/ clean bright graphics and just a whisper of wear. The back cover is VG- w/ lots of foxing/aging discloration. All seams are sharp & intact w/ very tiny spots of wear at the corners
Record: Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs w/ just a little more on B than A. Plays great, a strong VG++ to almost Mint- w/ just little light random background surface noise and great sound presence / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Original Argo pressing of this killer live LP recorded July 26, 1963 at the Copa Cabana Club, Chicago. Features incendiary performances from Muddy Waters Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Sonny Boy Williamson
