Happily, the performances live up to the quality of the sound and pressing – a magnificent set in every way.
It should be noted that “Club of the 496” signifies that only 496 copies of this set were ever pressed, now some 15 years ago. On offer here is a more or less pristine copy – very rare.
CONDITION:
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the 2 jacket is near-MINT throughout. Really there are no flaws to speak of and the albums appear virtually as new. There are no seamsplits, bends, or owners' markings, and the album remains solid, bright, and highly attractive in appearance – overall, outstanding collector's copies.
The condition of the 2 LPs is near-MINT throughout and playback is superb in both – overall, these rate as truly fine collector's copies.
