First off the the disc and cover is a really nice copy, and the 8 page Fotheringay / Nick Drake / Humblebums concert program is a photocopy, i sold the original a couple of years ago on ebay. Bought at The Royal Festival Hall 30/03/1970 concert.

Original UK 1970 first press on the pink Island label.
Gatefold cover.
Original UK patented poly lined inner sleeve.
The catalogue number is ILPS9125 with first press A//2 + B//2 matrix numbers.
The disc is EX, all its original shine, just a few light superficial surface marks from sleeve removal. No scratches, no obvious marks, a generally nice clean shiny looking disc that looks like its not been played that much.
The cover is near EX, in nice condition, just some light general agewear mainly on the back (see pics), no other obvious areas of wear worth commenting on as you can see from the pics.
Been stored upright in a plastic sleeve for decades and decades now, dont think i have played it in the last 30+ years. Time to pass it on to someone else.
The program i am including free, i thought it would appeal to people interested in the album. The original program i photocopied, i assembled the photocopy in the right page order. Its not a professional job just my best attempt at replicating the orig.
