Description

Decca Presents Francis Langford - A Souvenir Album of her Outstanding Song Hits (Album No. 87)
An extremely hard to find record album. Comes with a bifold insert describing radio and film actress Frances Langford's career & achievements, as well as a list of her Decca records (as of 1940).
Includes six songs on three 78 rpm Decca records:

  1. Blue Moon 2860 A
  2. I'm in the Mood for Love 2860 B (her signature song)
  3. Moonglow 2861A
  4. The Boulevard of Broken Dreams 2861 B
  5. Paradise 2862 A
  6. Body and Soul 2862 B
Each record has been sound tested. Estimated to be in V+ or better condition (scuffs and very light scratches) using the VJM Record Grading System. The second record has a small chip on the lead-in that does not affect the record's playability (see photo). All labels are in very nice condition.
The gatefold album cover has some handling wear, mostly along the edges. One record sleeve has a 2" tear at the top. Please view all photos for a visual evaluation.
Will be carefully packaged and shipped in one business day.
