This rare vinyl record features the iconic artists Antonio Carlos Jobim and Frank Sinatra, with a near mint (NM or M-) record grading and a very good plus (VG+) sleeve grading. The record is a 1967 release from Reprise, with a catalog number of FS-1021 and a vinyl matrix number of FS 1021 - A - 30653 - 1K 0 / FS 1021 - B - 30654 - 1J.  This is a Jacksonville pressing based on the “0” in the deadwax on side 1.  It’s exceedingly difficult to capture the vinyl matrix details in a photo through the vinyl bag.

The record has never been played - the disc remains sealed in a vinyl bag inner sleeve.  While the vinyl is untouched, the LP cover has some shelf wear such that it’s graded only VG+.  Odd that it’s been moved around and overlooked for 57 years.
From Wikipedia… Francis Albert Sinatra & Antônio Carlos Jobim is a 1967 album by Frank Sinatra and Antônio Carlos Jobim. The tracks were arranged and conducted by Claus Ogerman, accompanied by a studio orchestra. Along with Jobim's original compositions, the album features three standards from the Great American Songbook, ("Change Partners", "I Concentrate on You", and "Baubles, Bangles and Beads") arranged in the bossa nova style.  At the 10th Annual Grammy Awards in 1968, Francis Albert Sinatra & Antônio Carlos Jobim was nominated for the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, but lost to the Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
