Description
This is part of a smaller auction of all higher end records of mixed genres with starting bids of just $5. There's some really cool stuff here just doesn't often come up for auction including free jazz, small press indie, 90's alternative and more.
Artist: Francis Bebey
Album: Akwaaba: Music for Sanza
Description: First and only pressing on the small Original Music label. This small mail-order label was founded by John Storm Roberts to distribute his world music recordings and book. It's a later career recording by Bebey but full of interesting beats and just has a cool sound that you don't normally hear.
Vinyl Condition: VG++, super-clean, very shiny. There are a couple of very small paper scuffs, but this is quite close to NM. Play tested and sounds great, but can't have been played more than a few times. Labels are in great shape as well.
Sleeve Condition: VG++, presents well overall. Still in the shrink with the open side gently sliced open. Comes with the original paper inner sleeve. There is a small tear in the cello on the back and a small corner bump, but this close to NM as well.
