Franco Cerri and his European Jazz Stars COLUMBIA QPX 8010 (ITALY) - mono purple-silver label - rec. in Milano on 1959 - very rare original 1960 issue - on trail-off (dead wax) has printed the date '11-1-60' and on back sleeve has the date 'Gennaio 60'Side A : Foxology (Cerri) - East of the sun (Brooks-Browman) - Felixin (Gruntz) - General riff (Cerri) Side B : Flavio's blues (Flavio Ambrosetti) - Just one of those thins (Porter) - Pennies from heaven (A.Johnston) - Runnin' wild (Gibbs-Grey-Wood)
Visual grading : record is EX full lustre has light wear and few very light unfeelable surface paper's marks. Clean labels with very light spindle wear Playing grading: record is EX plays well with loud and clear sound. Has minimal very light occasional tics in very few qieter parts. A great copy! Cover grading : cover is VG+ has light wear. Fully laminated has a small repaired tear in the middle of spine not affecting the titles. Has a minimal bending on corners
