 The record looks M-/VG++. and plays very clean and quiet M-.  No scuffs or scratches on Side 1.  On Side 2, there are 2 small superficial scuffs that do not affect play.   Grooves are bright, glossy and look unplayed .      

 The cover is VG++.  

 The front and back covers look bright with light ring wear and some denting.  The corners have small dents and wear spots. No split seams.  App. 1 inch of wear on the bottom seam at the pocket  Spine is intact and readable.

 Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
