Description

Frank Sinatra, acetate (metal disc coated in lacquer) one sided, 1961, Reprise Records Has 5 songs from "I Remember Tommy" LP - Without A Song, Polka Dots And Moonbeams, Imagination, Take Me, Gettin' Sentimental My guess this was for advance radio play before the record was pressed. 
CONDITION
Vinyl -  No scratches or scuffs. Has dust and a bit dirty in places. One tiny white spec of something that pops. General dust noise. Let's call it VG as is, but cleaning could upgrade it. 

 (I stand behind my grading. Any problems with it will be gladly resolved.)
