Description
Frank Sinatra -- In the Wee Small Hours . 1st Mono Pressing on Capitol records. Original mono pressing with gray labels that have silver print and a 3/4 circular ring on the label, indicative of an early pressing. Vinyl is graded as VG+, with light hairline scratches here and there. No deep gouges that would cause skipping. The record is very clean and still has a wonderful gloss to the surface. Playback is very nice with some light surface noise and crackle between tracks, which is to be expected on an almost 65 year old album. Cover and inner sleeve are original and in good condition, with a split in the top of the cover from the opening inward that is about 4 inches long. Other than that, the cover is in good sturdy condition.
Anvil stamped in runouts denotes a Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Scranton pressing.
All arrangements by Nelson Riddle.
