Frank Sinatra MFSL Original Master Recording 16-LP Vinyl Box Set Near Mint.
In 1977, Mobile Fidelity began to produce a line of records known as "Original Master Recording" vinyl LPs. These albums were previously released by other companies, licensed by Mobile Fidelity, and remastered using half-speed mastering from the original analog master tapes, without compression, and with minimal equalization. The recordings were pressed in Japan using a plastic compound, invented by JVC, and marketed as "Supervinyl" by Mobile Fidelity.
This limited edition #1276 16 lp box set is in near mint condition, with the vinyl records themselves having no visible flaws. The sleeves are in excellent condition, possibly receiving a rating of vg+, and while the box is cardboard and has a few dings and nicks, it is in overall very good condition with no seperation to speak of. Disclaimer-These are not professional ratings, but this box set is in very good condition, being rarely used and when used, very well maintained and respected.
