Includes original 16 page booklet.
Includes original large fold out poster.
The catalogue number is UDF50001 with A1/B1/A1/B1 matrix numbers.
The disc is VG+, just a a few light non feelable superficial surface scuffs.
The cover is VG, it has agewear see pics before bidding.
The booklet is fully intact, has a little agewear.
The poster has some light agewear. Back of poster in each corner was blutack which has been removed.
