This is an original US vinyl pressing on DiscReet DS 2175  from 1974.    This is the promo copy.    This is one of Zappa's very best Rock N Roll albums.     It has the novelty hit 'Don't Eat The Yellow Snow'.      And the should-have-been-a-hit "Cosmik Debris'.     On side one the songs run together like a medley.   

Frank's lead guitar on this record is particularly grungy.     He is backed up by amazing musicians : Jim Gordon, Aynsley Dunbar, Jack Bruce, Tom Fowler, George Duke, Sugar Cane Harris, Jean-Luc Ponty, Ruth Underwood, Ian Underwood, Napolean Murphy Brock, Sal Marquez, Bruce Fowler, Ray Collins, and Ruben & The Jets.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Record is M-

The cover is Mint minus with no writing and no seam splits.   There is very slight partial ring wear : a couple inches at top center and a few more inches at bottom center. ( this cover is usually found with LOTS of ring wear )      There is a promo sticker on the front cover.       The vinyl looks mint and it plays near mint.    The labels are perfect with no spindle marks.  The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve. 

The songs are : Don't Eat The Yellow Snow, Nanook Rubs It, St. Alfonzo's Pancake Breakfast, Father O'Blivion, Cosmik Debris, Excentrifugal Forz, Apostrophe, Uncle Remus, and Stink-Foot.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.  

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International.    You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.      ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
