Obviously not from the collection described below, but the same near minty freshness. Wild Man Fischer, Frank Zappa Produced, 1968 Bizarre Records. Near Mint, taken out of shrink but since it's a cut-out and an auction, we will grade as Excellent. Double LP. More pix coming...like album front cover
We are record collectors,buyers and sellers since the 1960's.
We have a recent estate buy of hundreds of 1960's jazz lps which have been stored snugly,upright inside a ladies home and subsequently in her retirement condo snugly stored inside boxes in a climate controlled environment. All of the records and their covers and original inside sleeves are in the same Near Mint condition. Apparently stored since the early 1970's, she would buy a new jazz album on a regular basis, and before she had a chance to listen to it, had already bought another record, and so on and so on. This resulted in a collection of records which may have had one side played, maybe played once or twice. Many of the lps are sealed. Many are in their original shrink wrap. All of the covers are so flat and tight that it seems you like you are opening the album for the first time.
We want to trot out a few "loss leaders to build up feedback on our grading, packing, and shipping.
Grading. There still is no consistent grading standards like other hobbies. The highest grade I see on ebay is EX or EX+
So, even though the records from this collection will blow your mind, we will grade and sell all at "Excellent" condition , and that means cover AND record unless otherwise stated. And, we are starting all these "loss leaders" with a low bid, the same price as one in lousy condition somewhere else. Good luck. Buy Cheap. Give up a little positive feedback. Thank you.
None of these records have been cleaned and they dont look like they need to be, but they have been untouched inside paper or rice paper for a long time, so I will leave it up to you. I'm not touching them. How many record dealers I see clean records with abrasive paper towels and abrasive cleansers? I mean really, how are all these record "sellers" really cleaning the album you bid on?
Untouched, the best condition you're going to see,consistently through this collection.
