There are a few extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. The Gatefold Cover is described as Very Good Plus & is structurally sound with no seam splits. An old sticker residue with paper loss to the top front right next to 'Act I'. Some creasing to the bottom rear right corner. General wear with some paper loss to the corners/edges. A few fine cracks with paper loss along the spine. Some ring wear & paper scuffs on the surfaces. A few stains here and there. Please see attached photos & message me Henry Butler with any queries.....
