Frank Zappa / The Mothers of Invention - Old Masters Box Two (9 LP boxed set)

This Zappa boxed set contains full-size, 12" LP re-issues of classic Zappa/Mothers albums. All of the albums were digitally remastered from the original studio tapes by Zappa in the 1980's, after he won back the rights to them from Warner Brothers. All albums that were originally gatefold are gatefold here too. The first two boxed sets also contain a "Mystery Disk" of previously unreleased Zappa/Mothers material.

All of the albums in these boxes are completely mint. I never played them, or even took them out of their sleeves. All covers are completely mint as well. All of the boxed sets were given serial numbers, and as you can see, they are very low numbers. A maximum of 10,000 sets of each box were produced.

Note: Back of box two silver foil is slightly damaged at top (loose backing, 3/4" tear, can be repaired). See photo below.

These boxed sets cost $100 when new and had to be ordered directly from Zappa's Barking Pumpkin record label. See below for the details on serial number and titles of albums contained in this particular box.
