Description
An original BWS pressing from 1972 on UK Reprise [roughly two years after first release]. Matrix A1/B1. Please note labels are consistent with a 1972 pressing making no mention of the WB logo in the perimeter text. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve. Also included is the original plain white inner sleeve. So, 100% original and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out more than a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is minimal. We didn't detect more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments [literally]. A very nice rendition of this Zappa classic...
Cover (Ex+) In great shape particularly considering its vintage. Nice clean front and back without creasing. The interior is in equally good condition. Edge wear is super-light and even the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains perfect rigidity and lies totally flat.
Inner (Ex) Lightest ageing. No splits or marks.
