Description

The Mothers of Invention, Absolutely Free on Verve 5013.  Original stereo issue on blue Verve label.  Gorgeous disk, very strong VG+ to M- with just a couple of very light fingernail/paper scuffs that have no effect on play at all.  No spindle marks or other signs of handling, and the record sounds superb, very vibrant and clean.  Front and rear cover has a little light wear.  Seams show wear, particularly at spine bottom and at top, where there is a five-inch split at right and a three-inch split at center.  Inner gatefold is very clean, no writing, tears, or notable wear.

I am currently selling more than 20 original-issue Frank Zappa and Fugs LPs, all of them in VG+ or M- shape, so check my other auctions.

GRADING
M-  A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+  Full gloss, some light marks.  A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG   More marks and scratches, will have some surface noise, but still a playable record.  Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG-  Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems.
G+ and G  Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
