Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers GALE AGENCY Publicity Photo and single in display case.
I struggle to describe this accurately, but I think this was a gift for my father (record producer Tommy West) who was a big fan and is being sold as it's just too much for the space we have. The 7" single is GG-1002 - standard release, not a promo. "Why Do Fools Fall In Love"/"Please Be Mine." To be honest, this is a pretty ubiquitous printing of the 7" but it's definitely in good playing condition.
There's also a giant heavyweight Anvil teeshirt with the Gee Records logo on it.
The special part of this display is an ORIGINAL AGENCY PUBLICITY PHOTO (also framed) for Gale Agency featuring the entire group. I cannot find other listings for this photograph for comparable pricing, but I get the impression that this may be a rare find. (I cannot honestly figure out any other reason why someone would put so much effort into framing it WITHIN another frame which features a cheap Anvil teeshirt.)
I will not ship this as it's huge and unweildy, but it's available for pickup in NJ or NYC. If you make me an offer that includes a shipping amount, I will ship it to you.
