Description

Released in the UK in 1985 on the Tonos label catalogue number TON 007 here is a double header featuring Frankie Paul on one side and Singie Singie on the other.  The A side is a pleasant enough song from Frankie Paul...........Please note that this is NOT the tune My Shining Star which is on You Tube, this is a different tune and I can find no examples of it online anywhere. However, it is the Singie Singie tune that makes this an essential release...His song utilises a rhythm also used by Michael Palmer for Jah Is On My Mind and Steve Knight with Feel Like Dancing...A hard and heavy rhythm...Essential for any serious Reggae collection.  The vinyl is visually graded as excellent with no marks or scuffs, both labels are clean and mark free.  The record plays perfectly.......Both sides feature the vocal cut followed by a dub cut.
