I have checked and all records, sleeves and inserts are included in each box.  I also looked at about half of the records and all of them look to be in NM+ Condition.  It actually looks likely they have never been played and some never handled.  The boxes do show a bit of wear and have some minor stains but overall they are in VG to Vg+ condition.  Even has the original American Express receipts from the owner.  Each box is approximately 1.4 Lbs.
Will be packed securely and shipped in 2 boxes.
