Description

Red label with silver text, deep groove, stereo. Recorded In LA in 1958. 3 tracks include leader, Katz, piano, cello; Gene Estes, vibes; Don Fagerquist, trumpet; Johnny Pisano, guitar; Lenny McBrowne, drums. On 3 tracks Billy Higgins, drums replaces McBrowne. On 4 tracks Pete Candoli, trumpet and Frank Butler, drums replace Fagerquist and Higgins. Punch hole in the jacket indicates "promotional" copy.

Cover: VG to VG+ Clean with no aging. 10" scotch tape applied along the bottom edge to repair a 3" split.

Record: Mint Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. No surface noise. Plays like new. Audibly checked.
