This is a rare copy of Freddie Hubbard's 1960s LP Groovy released on Fontana.

Freddie spelled Freddy on the front and back of the cover but spelled Freddie on the label
Discogs informs me that this is the UK issue of this album. The label states Mono (which the UK version is) on both sides but when test playing it is clearly in stereo. This has been noted by someone on Discogs who says that their version also appears to be the mono version but plays in stereo. He says that the letter S has been written on the cover and mono crossed out on his label. That isnt the case with this copy
The record itself is in excellent condition. There are no marks or scratches and it plays with remarkably little surface noise. There is no warping and very little in the way of spindle marks
The cover is also in very good condition with no rips or tears, only some slight shelf scuffs and some fading of the white back cover.
The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve
An opportunity to buy a rare version of this fine Freddie Hubbard recording which I have owned for many years.
