Format: 12" 33 1/3 LP
Artist: Freddie Hubbard

Label: Blue Note
Number: BLP 4040
Mono/Stereo: Mono
Label Description: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address and deep groove on both sides. "R" on the bottom, RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax.

Grade & Description (cover): VG++     Beautiful cover but has a two inch seam split in the middle of the top seam, otherwise excellent..
Grade & Description (record): VG++    Numerous light surface marks on both sides. I've played through the entire record and it does cause a few very light clicks during the quiet passages, none were audible throughout the remainder of the record, which plays very clean.

Additional Notes:  A slightly flawed, but still excellent copy of this classic Blue Note recording and one of the few featuring Tina Brooks.
