Description

This is an original pressing of Blue Note Records 4027, Freddie Redd’s ‘Music from the Connection’ in Mono. The dead wax is stamped with the RVG stamper for the sound engineer, Rudy van Gelder and there is the cursive ‘P’ or ‘ear’ denoting a pressing pressed at the Plastlyte pressing plant. The record has the W. 47 W 63rd NYC labels.  The sleeve is a strong VG + with slight corner degradation in the top left corner, but no splits or tearing. The record itself is also VG + with a couple of stray scuffs, and the side one label has very slight tearing. These imperfections are all shown in the photos. I use the standard Goldmine Magazine record grading.
