Label is  "New York USA" on both sides.   "Van Gelder " and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides. "43 West 61st St., New York 23"  address on cover.          

 Record looks and plays VG+.  No heavy or deep scratches. Some scuffs and light marks. Grooves do not look gray or heavily worn.  

Cover is G+, maybe VG-.

  Front cover and especially back cover show effects of removed tape.  Front has moderate wear and pieces of laminate missing from front bottom at the spine. No gloss left.  No split seams. Heavy wear spots at the corners.  Back cover has moderate wear and writing in pen near the tune titles.
