Original UK Island pink rim label stereo 1st press LP.
The fifth LP by Free issued in May 1972 and recorded during January to March 1972, after the band had reformed after their first split in April 1971. Due to the problems associated with Paul Kossoff's drug addiction, it featured all members of the band on the song credits in support of Paul. The LP sold well reaching No 9, although the follow up tour saw the band split up again. This is the original issue with the very early A-1U/B-1U matrices and 1-H 1-T stampers!

The Tinsley Robor Group Ltd matt sleeve is intact & in EX+ condition, with some very light storage rubbing and a couple of small creases on the spine of the cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the blue Island inner is intact & in EX condition.

The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two small scuff marks and a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two very faint spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief low background noise during the run in grooves, overall just a really great, loud & lively listen.   The matrix nos. are; ILPS-9192, A-1U stamper 1-H, B-1U stamper 1-T. This is one of early copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1972 album!
  All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.
  All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2kg.
