Description

DESCRIPTION: Free classic 1ST LP- Tons Of Sobs. This is a great pressing of a fantastic UK LP. With A3U/B3U matrix, 147gm vinyl, Original blue poly lined Island inner and pink rim labels. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Island ILPS 9089 YEAR OF RELEASE: Early 70s issue of 1969 original. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX. Vinyl is super clean with a great sheen only a few light, short hairlines prevent me from grading Visually EX. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. It is clear and loud with great depth and seperation. Cover is in great shape. Probably the cleanest I have had for this LP. Check out the photos. None of the usual discolouration and stains, no names scrawled on in boro. Its is firm and square with less than light edgewear, light cornerwear and absolutely miniimal creasing. Island inner bag is also EX with light wear, no splits and fully intact poly. Clean pink rim labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
