The SHANGRI-LAS:Leader Of The Pack + What Is Love / The JELLY BEANS:Baby Be Mine + The Kind Of Boy You Can't Forget (RED BIRD RBEV 28005 - FRANCE 1964)
EP rarissimo su etichetta Red Bird dei produttori Leiber-Stoller. Leader of the Pack è un classico del "girl group sound", composto dalla favolosa Ellie Greenwich. Il disco ha qualche fruscio dovuto un po' all'età, non all'uso, ma si sente solo nei momenti "tranquilli", poi scompare. Comunque VG+. La copeertina invece è assolutamente MINT!! Io non uso mai questa valutazione, ma in questo caso non posso farne a meno. Non ha difetti!

This extremely rare French EP is on the Red Bird label, owned by producers Leiber-Stoller, while 3 out of 4 songs are by the great late Ellie Greenwich. "Leader Of The Pack" is of course a girl group classic... The record has some noise, due to age more than use, anyway it's only in the "quiet" moments. VG+ The cover is absolutely MINT! I never use that grade, but really it's perfect!!
