Description

This is the first release in 1965 from the famed Ely, Mn. rock group the Electras. This had a limited pressing of 500 in 1965 and is the bands debut. "Memories Of You", which was changed to "Memories (Can Make You Happy) later for the stock release is an organ heavy mid-tempo. "Bout my Love" is a mid to uptempo guitar vocal rocker which shows a glimpse or two of what the band will become. A couple near primal screams of "Bout my Love" end this side. Labels are pretty decent except for a tear (sticker removal ?) on "Bout" side. Mild/moderate ring wear both sides. Vinyl looks VG but I suspect a lo-fi recording which makes it sound Good + or VG-....no skips or loud pops..not overwhelming. Limited to 500 copies when pressed..I have only seen 1 other copy in 20 years. Thanks for looking and check out my other items
