Fry's Million Dollar Pier Orchestra ~ Edison DD 51416
Thanks for checking into my auction. In this auction you are bidding on a paper label Edison Diamond disc record featuring Fry's Million Dollar Pier Orchestra. The disc is #51416 and the tunes are "Shanghai Shuffle" & "Honolou." You can check out pictures of the labels for further information on the personnel involved. This record is in very nice condition, shiny, without edge chips or delamination, play graded E +. In addition as a freebie, I am including Edison 51501 by Billy Wynne's Greenwich Village Inn Orchestra, "Alabamy Bound" & "What A Smile Can Do." I have played this one as well and it plays fine. The reason for the freebie is that is has a couple of defects that I hate to put up for sale. The first is a tight crack in the first 1/4" on each side that tics ever so lightly through the first few revolutions. One side also shows a touch of play wear but it is not heard substantially in play. In any case, bid what 51416 is worth to you with no guarantees on the freebie.
