I recently found this little nugget in a giant pile of vinyl, and after initially laughing, (I remember this album coming out when I was 12) I looked up how rare it is and shut up. Let's get this out of the way immediately; the cover is in garbage shape. It's bent up and generally unsightly with a corner cut off. I provided pictures as a witness to its destruction.
Now for the good news: The vinyl appears to be in excellent shape. I'm searching for scratches and have found very little to complain about.
Because the only vinyl copies of these albums I've found have had the top left corner cut out, my theory is that these are promo copies, possibly to music stores or radio stations. The corners are cut to show they aren't for sale. However, the side effect is that these things are very rare, because no one bought vinyl in the late 90's. (Yes, an exaggeration)
So if you're looking for one of these on vinyl, this is your chance. It should play well, especially since I rescued it and immediately put it in a poly sleeve.
