Alright, so I recently found a SEALED copy of Fun in Fall, by Kay Lande and Wade Denning. I have been searching for this for years after hearing the awesome Halloween songs of theirs (which the best ones are on this too!). This copy as you can see from pics 5-7 was sealed and then was opened by me. I did this to create a digital rip. This record has been played exactly ONCE. To my surprise, records of this type were not housed in any paper sleeves and were bare in the cardboard. Since this record is 60 years old, the cardboard had started to deteriorate and there was a fair amount of visual debris on the record. In addition, there was a paper insert promotion in there as well that left a square mark on one side of the record. I have professionally given this a deep clean on my VPI and have placed it into a MOFI inner sleeve. The record plays GREAT!!! While it is not as mint as your current audiophile recording, it is very quiet with minimal surface noise or ticks. NM.
The jacket has a small ding in one corner (see pic) and some ring ware, but other than that is clean and vibrant.
Popsike says only one of these has been sold in years, so get it now.
