Funeral Diner - The Wicked 10" EP with Postcard (2004).
A rare vinyl copy of this EP from the post-rock screamo legends. Judging by discogs.com, this is one of a 900-copy pressing from 2004, with the included postcard with the credits and lyrics on it. The disc and inner sleeve seem to be in perfect condition, and the outer cover has only minor scuffs.
I seem to remember finding this in the branch of Disk Union in Shinjuku in Tokyo that specialises in punk and metal stuff (southwest of the station, if you ever want to go there, if I remember right). Some Japanese screamo nut must have imported it from the US, and I ended up taking it through the frozen north of Japan, to Leeds, and then to Leicestershire, so it's had quite the journey.
