Raw Soul Express was a funk group out of Miami with a unique style and sound.
With the soulful sultry voice of lead singer Rick Washington, and the instrumental prowess of the band, they should have been huge!
A touch of jazz and a lot of funk.
This record jumped out at me from an old record player console at a Miami estate sale.
The vinyl is nice and shiny -- this wasn't played much, perhaps not at all!
