Funkadelic Picture Disc 12" LP Vinyl Record RSD - New & Sealed
About this item
Funkadelic – Funkadelic is the groundbreaking 1970 debut from one of the most influential groups in funk history, a landmark album that helped tear down the boundaries between funk, soul and psychedelic rock. Led by George Clinton, Funkadelic’s self titled debut established the adventurous sound that would become central to the band’s legacy, combining deep grooves with psychedelic guitar work and an experimental approach that was unlike anything else of its era. Now remastered by Dave Gardner, the album was reissued in August 2025 as part of Org Music’s ongoing Westbound Records series and returns here as a highly collectible limited edition Record Store Day 2026 picture disc. Presented in a PVC sleeve, this edition was released worldwide for Record Store Day but was not available in North America, making it an especially interesting pressing for collectors. A fantastic piece of Funkadelic history and a standout addition to any collection of classic funk, soul or psychedelic rock.
