SIGN UPA long‑awaited 180‑gram audiophile reissue of Furniture’s The Wrong People, returning to vinyl for the first time since its original 1986 release. Blending new wave with touches of jazz, blues and post‑punk, Furniture carved out a distinctive space built on poetic lyricism and richly textured production. Despite critical acclaim, distribution setbacks held the band back from wider success, leaving the album to grow into a cult classic over the decades.
Featuring the UK Top 40 hit Brilliant Mind and the radio favourite Love Your Shoes, this 40th anniversary edition celebrates the album’s enduring influence. Pressed on orange coloured vinyl and complete with an insert containing full lyrics, this reissue restores a key piece of 1980s alternative music history.
