Disc is a solid VG+ however has a slight warp that does not affect the sound at all, see and HEAR the actual disc in motion (pun intended) by going on youtube and searching for these words "Shoulder Motion by G. Hodge slight warp" copy and paste what's between the quotes there and you will find a video uploaded by user Karsuli, the audio is the actual record being played and recorded through audio cables and into my digital recorder, if you watch closely during the whole video you can see that the slight warp does not affect the pitch or sound of the music.
