i picked this up a while ago from the estate of a music promoter. many of the albums were promo, all were first pressings, many were sealed.
This is a STILL SEALED ORIGINAL 1968 PRESSING OF GABOR SZABO ~ "DREAMS" SKYE RECORDS SK-7. classic album from an artist that has seen a well deserved growing resurgence of interest and appreciation. It is possible that this is a promo copy as many of the records in this cache were. With the Skye label there would be no difference in the cover design for a promo, you can only tell from the inner label. Usually they would have a sticker affixed but not always. Irregardless , this is definitely a first pressing of this album and should be desired on that fact alone. Another reason that makes me think it might be a promo is that I found a SKYE Records promotional poster for GABO SZABO along with this album. I am listing this in another auction directly, please check it out if you are so inclined. the possibility of it being a promo is just speculation and an added plus if it turns out to be so. but whatever the case, you will not be disappointed at hearing this glorious original first pressing.
