This record is in excellent+ condition. It has no spindle marks visible on the labels and no pen marks, scuffs, fading or any other damage. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are near immaculate.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are really clean with little visible in normal light other than some faint minor 'blotchy' areas. These and a few incredibly light wispy lines become visible under very bright white light, but nothing remotely serious or sinister. The record has no serious scuffs or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well with superb audio. It lays flat but upon playing there is the slightest amount of upward movement in the record arm. This is incredibly minor however and I couldn't really call it a warp, just a fraction of upward movement in the arm. It of course has no affect on the sound produced which as I say is superb. Its crisp, clear and has virtually no surface noise or background interference. There is occasionally the most miniscule trace of static between songs and I also noticed 4/5 very faint clicks at the very beginning of track 1 on side 2. These are only just audible however, soon pass, and side 2 continues to play as side 1 did, in near immaculate fashion. There are of course no serious issues such as skips, jumps or major annoying clicks or pops. Its a quality audio experience and was a pleasure to play test such a sombre Indie classic with such defined clear audio.
The sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has slight wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. The edge wear only occurs in a couple of areas really, one of which is a 1.5cm section in the centre of the top edge(pics). Other than this there is slight wear/rubbing around the corner areas but nothing serious and of course no splits or major issues. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and the sleeve is clean and bright. There is next to no creasing but there are faint ring marks showing in parts on both sides. There is also a faint oval sticker removal mark on the front in the top left corner. So overall the sleeve is strong, clean and in good shape with just a couple of minor issues to report.
It contains its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition with no splits, tears, pen marks or major issues. It does however have slight creasing and mild ring marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
